"I’m from NORTH PHILADELPHIA & I can assure you the Jimmy John’s I’m used to is like fine dining compared to the dump. Not sure how this place is still in business or at least under new management after sorting through all the reviews. Today is my 2nd time here in 4 months (actually came by mistake) but I figured I’d give it a try. Same 2 dweebs behind the counter who couldn’t make a decent peanut butter and jelly if their life depended on it. Red head & a kid with the teeth. You could probably hire those guys standing/sitting down outside the gas station next door & they’d probably take their job just a little more serious. Unbelievable. Didn’t ask for much and they couldn’t even remember pickles. Hahahaha pathetic. Never again!"

"I ordered over 2 hours ago. The app says my order has been out for delivery for 45 min now ( still not received) what is taking so long and why is no one answering the phone. I’ve called 11 times. Awesome. Received my sandwich completely wrong."

"Absolutely worst Jimmy John’s I’ve ever ordered from. I frequently order from Jimmy John’s and they’re normally delivered within 15 to 20 minutes. It took about an hour to get to me. The food was not adequate. And whenever I called the store to discuss the delivery I got hung up on multiple times and they kept giving me a run around on where my sandwich was."

"This used to be my go to jimmy johns location. I used to always do takeout for my orders. One day, I decided to do delivery...big mistake. After 1hr and 7 mins I still hadn't received my order (i live 10 mins south of this location). I called to see what could be done and was only offered to cancel the order even though it was supposedly out for delivery. When I asked about their quick delivery policy I was also told they no longer adhere to their "freaky fast" delivery slogan even though it's still written on all of their packaging. No apology, no offer to comp my food. I will not be returning to this location due to poor customer service."

"First and last time I will ever come here, the 15 year old behind the counter is too blazed to remember that you ordered a vito “no tomatoes” and he’ll throw them on anyways. You’ll ask for a Jimmys cuban, and he’ll give you a 10$ sandwich with a mayo, single slice of ham and pickles. no cheese, no bacon, no mustard. You’ll call the store to speak with the manager and let them know that both sandwiches were messed up. The manager will laugh in your face, say “give him a break, he’s only 15”, and then call you rude just for letting them know our order was wrong, then they’ll hang up on you."
