"Wonderful Staff! We had Sandy as our server, very attentive and patient with our questions! Managers were in house and very personable. We didn’t know reservations were required/ suggested- but they brought us right to a table! Food was all fresh and of high quality. Far exceeded our expectations! Fun experience and atmosphere for kids! We just ordered Hot Pot, but we will definitely add the BBQ next visit! Our new favorite place!!"

"Extremely delicious and very friendly staff. I highly recommend that you go there hungry. Making sure that I ate everything was a bit stressful for my grazing eating style, but I absolutely loved this place. I would love to come here at least once a week. It was a cool experience."

"Nine Spice is a great place to go have an awesome meal. Conveyor-belt running through the restaurant delivering food right next to you for you to choose. You can also request larger amounts of your favorites with your waiter. We have had Sky as our waiter a few times and would highly recommend him if you're new, he will take the time to explain how to have the best experience. Set aside a couple of hours if possible so you can enjoy your meal."

"Went with 3 other people. Had reservation at 4 pm on Christmas Eve. Did the endless with Korean BBQ. We got 4 spots to cooking pot on. You pick out the ingredients from the menu. You can do medium or high heat. The service of the waitress was great. Explained everything and pointed us to the menu. Menu suggests cooking time for meat and vegetables. The conveyorbelt rotated desserts, fruits, meats, and veggies. The sauce bar is close by also. Only rule, you have to finish your food. You pay extra if you leave food. We had great food, and everyone was happy. Service from order taking, cleaning, and explaining was great. Definitely recommend eating here!"

"This place is simply amazing. I only gave it 4 stars because of the all you can eat option price. The food and service was great, but if you are just 2 people the all you can eat options are expensive, unless you both have the munchies. They serve large portions, which isn't bad, but we wanted to try a variety of things, but if you order more than you can eat you have to pay. This was not a problem for us, but I so wanted to try more. We had the original hotpot, which is so cool, because there is a conveyor belt that goes around with a myriad of foods you can add to your pot. We also did the all you can eat BBQ, and got the bulgogi, and that comes with veggies to grill as well. We wanted to try other meats, but could not finish the first. They are not keen on people sharing either, but it's irresistible. We will definitely be back, but with another couple or two. I love the yogurt drinks at the end of the meal. It reminded me of my time in South Korea."
