"This was my first time here. I always drive by on Sunday and they are usually closed on Sundays, but as of last weekend, they will be open on Sunday! Great Cajun place with outdoor seating and live music sometimes. Great food and value! I will be a regular here."
"I was blown away by the kindness at Happy's Bayou Bites. Arrived there drenched, after a long bike ride and they immediately offered me a towel. The staff not only helped me pick out my meal but also took the time to chat with me. Mark, one of the owners, even sat down for a bit while I ate. Before leaving, he offered me a choice of snacks from a bin – went for a granola bar. Never have I experienced such genuine warmth and respect at a restaurant. Their hospitality goes above and beyond. If you get a chance, definitely visit them. I'm sure you'll leave with a big smile, just like I did."
"This place is absolutely amazing! Wanted to try for a while based on the positive reviews, and it did not disappoint. The hush puppies were the best I've ever eaten. We had the special cajun brisket, which I hope makes its way back - so good! Gumbo and boiled peanuts were great, too! Service was some of the friendliest and helpful I've ever gotten. Prices were very fair and look forward to getting back out there - especially with the cooler weather, with it being outdoor seating."
"Looking for a place to have lunch.. And found this little cute place full of good vibes!! Since you enter the parking lot, you already feel good, and it smells good!! Then, the amicable service, the description of the menu, the food itself...., is really awesome. Even though it is in front of a busy avenue, once you are there, it's a cozy peaceful place where the food, the drinks and the service makes you feel you are in another place. It is really awesome!!"
