"Great outdoor mostly covered garden seating nestled on the outskirts of downtown Dunedin - open and inviting to catch a breeze or two. Good BBQ chicken(their focus with numerous options), ribs, grilled steak and wonderful empanadas which are perfectly crispy with stuffing, like the beef one I had, that is juicy, savory and delicious with value pricing at $4 each. Great relaxing place for a beer and good food when the weather is good"
"The bbq chicken was delicious and it had this awesome spicy sauce that came with it. Price is unbeatable! Absolutely beautiful atmosphere. Very friendly service. My only suggestion is use organic rice"
"WHY AM I JUST NOW EATING HERE???!!! Wow, awesome!! Chicken had incredible smoked flavor, yucca fries delish, even basic beans and rice bomb. Also- very timely and friendly. And the atmosphere takes me away, ha! Will be a staple!"
"My wife and I have been meaning to try this place for a long time. Her parents came to town so we decided to go, and I have to say I’m mad that we didn’t try it sooner. The atmosphere and ambiance make you feel like you are in Central America, while sitting on Skinner here in Dunedin. These aren’t your local grocery store rotisserie chickens, these are roasted over wood which gives them such an amazing flavor all while being tender and juicy. Yucca fries were AMAZING. Super crispy on the outside, and tender in the middle. We also had the rice, beans, and sweet plantains. Everything was great, including the service. Order at the window, pay when you’re finished. For the four of us, 1 whole white meat chicken, 4 sides, plus an additional side of rice and beans, a soda and two beers it came to $62 before tip, and we left with enough food for lunch the next day. I highly recommend this hidden gem in Dunedin."
