"I am no newbie of BJ’s; even have listed it as one of my favorite restaurants. I’ve frequent this establishment several times with family and friends for over the past 10yrs. Unfortunately the service and the food has declined since Covid. With inflation affecting everyone, where I choose to patronize an establishment; I expect excellent service. My family and I visited on Dec. 21st, and experienced a Kitchen Nightmare episode of uncooked Pork! My husband ordered the pork chop and when he cut into it, it was pink. He ofcourse sent it back. We expected that they would have cooked a new one. When my husband made his second attempt it appeared a little better, but as he continued to dissect his pork chop it was still under cooked and bloody . This implied they sent out the same pork chop microwaved; instead of a freshly cooked one. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE, and a high potential for getting him sick! The hostess on duty at the time, also not the best. It took my mother in law and myself pointing out the uncooked pork chop, to ask for and get a refund. Because the hostess try to ignore what she saw on the plate from the second attempt. We have decided to no longer patronize this establishment."

"We had a delightful lunch experience at this restaurant! The healthy quinoa veggie bowl was a burst of flavors, and the avocado spring rolls were a refreshing and tasty appetizer. The fish and chips were perfectly crispy and delicious. The restaurant was clean, creating a pleasant atmosphere, and the service was excellent. A great place for a satisfying and wholesome meal!"

"What a huge disappointment! Service had a lot to be desired. One hamburger came out late and after everyone else started eating and one baked potato never came out despite the server saying it would be right out.... He forgot and never checked on it. Also had to track the server down to receive drink refills. Ordered the Halloween cookie and ice-cream for the kids and it came out melted and nothing like the picture. See attached photos. Very disappointing and we have no desire to return."
