Wendy's

"One of the best Wendy's I've had. Everyone says they're all the same but as someone who takes time to taste and smell there's definitely a difference and this particular Wendy's is definitely very good with their stuff. I'm a very picky eater and I definitely enjoyed the meal."

"I usually like to write good reviews to recommend places for people to go. However, I thought I would try this Wendy's again, but it did not go so well. I haven't been there in a long time. It always wasn't a very pleasant experience but the food was okay. Today was different. The girl at the window tried to ask me for my order through this speaker when a truck was in front of the speaker. I said I had a mobile order. Meanwhile, I could hear her talking in the background until I actually got up to the speaker. That is when she said, " I am waiting on you." I advised her I had a mobile order, and she said pull forward. Meanwhile, I waited about 5 minutes for the truck in front to receive their order. Then, when I got to the window, my one sandwich was not even ready. She basically didn't say anything else to me and hand me the bag. When I ate the sandwich, it was dry, and the bacon was overdone. I had the maple bacon chicken croissant. Also, as I was sitting in the drive-through, a gentleman was parked diagonal in the back of the parking lot, so he walked by the drive-thrus cars to get in his car. This area is kind of isolated anyway, so that certainly didn't make me feel comfortable either. Hopefully, they can get a staff with more of a can-do customer service focused staff."

"Went for a the grilled chicken wrap & every was cold except for the chicken, also got baconator fries and the cheese was cold they didn’t warm it up or anything, beside that was a ripped off the meal was like $14"

"The young lady at the window today was very unwelcoming and ignored my requests. The food wasn't as requested and she never repeated the order back. I hate being rude or making people uncomfortable so I asked for a receipt after getting my food. She just stood there and looked at me like I didn't say anything. I just don't understand how people can't mistreat people who've done absolutely nothing but ask for what is expected. She looks like she of Spanish decent. I hope someone talks with her to see if she has some personal issues that made you treat me this way. I won't come back. I stop eating out when things like this happen"

"Stopped in for a kids meal and added a side of apple bites for his meal. I was a bit surprised they charged $2.79 for the side to begin with but proceeded with the purchase anyways. My son complained they tasted bad and that he didn’t want to eat them. Upon inspection the apples appear to be rotten. I expect better quality control than this. This is disgusting. Chick Fil A seems to be the only quality fast food service nowadays."
