"We stopped in at Chilis in Lake Mary, Fl last night for a quick bite. We were greeted by a friendly manager, Thomas. He quickly had us seated. We arrived at a time that it was not to busy. The waiter, Jordan came over right away to take our order. We ordered two burgers. While waiting he brought us chips at the table with a salsa dip. They were warm, not overly salty and fresh. Our were hot, juicy and delicious. Jordan, always checked on us, if there was anything we needed. We noticed the restaurant filling up quickly and they began to get very busy. Never once did the manager, waiter, servers or cooks miss a beat. They all worked together nicely like symphony, it intrigued me to watch. Manager pinched in to help his staff. He bussed, delivered food to the tables, greeted customers and even checked on the kitchen. The waiters never missed a beat. Our food was served hot, perfectly cooked to order. Everything was very tasty. They always smiled. Even the kitchen staff kept the food coming. Never have I seen such team work. My first job was a waitress so I know how hectic it can get. But Kudos to all of them working together as a team. And, I give tribute to Thomas as the store manager for the efficiency of the operation. By the time I thought of taking a picture, we were nearly finished but I took one anyway. LOL The sweet tea was so good."
