"This is my local BK Lounge. As good as I remember it, but the bun on my Whopper didn't hold up. It kinda fell apart, leaving me a mess. Not a fluke as this is the second time. Something has changed with their buns."

"My office is close to this place, and I have the app on my phone. I use this place only for those reasons, as they are always out of napkins, coke, and the service is almost always “meh”. It’s like the don’t care that they are out of things. I’ve been there when they were out of burgers, but were selling chicken. How does that happen? They’ve been out of cheese many times, and they are almost always out of most of the coke products in the Freestyle machine. The last few times I’ve been there, that machine has not been available to the dining room patrons. I asked once about it and was not given an answer as to why they have so many problems obtaining a full restaurant inventory. They kind of know me there yet still won’t tell me why they were missing staples to the restaurant in which they are named after."

"2nd visit, perfect in every way. I asked that our entire meal be "dropped fresh" and it tasted very good. The cashier who took our order when asked what were alternatives for the sandwich, he rattled off without taking a breath of all choices from memory. The other co-worker paid him a compliment stating she could not have done that. The atmosphere is great, staff courteous and friendly. Thanks guys"

"Ordered two classic melts meals. The fries and drink were good. The sandwich was disappointing. I paid $18.00 and the bread was not toasted on one side and lightly on the other and cold. Thought it would be better than a double meat cheese burger for that much and all the hype."
