"Tried to dine in tonight. Tables looked dirty. Politely asked if they could wipe down a table. The cook, who has been working there for 17 years, was rude and said the tables were clean and then was demeaning to say the least. He told me to sit down in a chair while he wiped a table down. Sorry. I don’t follow directions well, especially when ordered to sit down. I said that we would have to eat elsewhere and I was told to leave. I always leave at least a $10 tip or more if 20% is more than $10. Ate at this restaurant 6 weeks ago, alone. My bill was $13. I left a $10 tip. At Christmas I left a $20 tip at this restaurant. This guy cost one of his hard working waitresses at least $10 tonight and more in the future. Went next door and ate at El Sol de Mexico Bar &Grill. Bill was $34. I left a $10 tip. Y’all’s loss. Will never eat here again."

"Went in on Christmas Day to a background of pandemonium due to high customer amount. The servers were all polite despite being swamped with things to do. It was a good environment by the staff despite the wait, aside from what I assume was the manager loudly barking at the staff and questioning progress rather rudely. I would give 5 stars for the staff that were trucking through a busy busy day, however my order was missing additions I paid extra for and the leader’s poor leadership style was quite demoralizing. Otherwise, those ladies were great!"

"The server and cook that were working Nov 30, 2023 around 3:30pm lack professionalism in every capacity. They argued in front of the customers. Server was very lippy and argumentative with customers as she was trying to take orders. She has a real nasty personality. Her job needs to be reconsidered if that’s the way she treats patrons. We will not step foot in this restaurant ever again."

"I've seen a Waffle house as busy as the day my grandson and I were there. It was literally standing room only. The waitresses were outstanding in their service and the order was correct and cooked to order. They even gave my grandson a cup of candy for Halloween. I'll definitely be back."
