"I've been eating at this Deli for a couple years. I don't know what happened, but the sandwiches suck now. The last few times has just been awful. Meatballs are tasteless, served cold and took almost 30 min. to make. The other sandwiches are just as awful. I wonder if they have new ownership."

"We have loved Deli World in the past but changes happen. Salads and sandwiches lack terribly when the owner isn't there (?) and on several occasions orders take excessive time to pick up. It's sad. This place has so much potential with the right help. Not happy with lunch again today. Gyro was great as usual. Just didn't get the tzatziki sauce I ordered extra for $1.00 more. Meatball sub came with runny tomato base looking soup stuff on the side.(It was strange) Maybe we'll try again later....? We know good help is so hard to find. Otherwise we love this place. Just check your orders before you leave well."

"I used to LOVE this establishment! However, I called Deli World today before I left Walmart off of Cortez as I know they usually take at least 20 minutes to make an order. Jenny answered the phone politely and asked me to wait on hold. I happily obliged. At this point I start driving my way towards deli world. I was put on hold all the way up until I arrived (15 mins) and then I was hung up on (this is the second time this has happened when calling in an order). I walked in to an empty restaurant to explain what happened and understand why I was hung up on after waiting for so long. 2 employees who were working laughed at me. I was told it was their lunch rush. And oh well. I simply stated why answer the phone and put someone on hold only to walk away , then come back and just hang up the phone without finding out if the other person is still on the other line. If you hang up when on hold you can’t call back or you get their machine. Extremely unprofessional staff. Not worth spending 50+ dollars (tips included) each time I order from there only to be treated so poorly. Our family will not go back to Deli World."

"I decided to come on a work trip with my mom to Florida and I have only had 1 Cuban sandwich before but this one was by far the best I’ve had. Melissa was the one that helped us and she was very welcoming and she helped me pick mine out, so 10/10 would recommend!"
