"Ordered chicken strips and fries. Both were super fresh and hot. Queso sauce was perfect as well. Food came out quickly despite almost every table taken. The only annoying thing is that there is no ice in the drink machine and the drinks come out warm. If you want ice you have to go up to the counter and ask. When it is busy that can be a task."

"I loathe writing a negative review, but sometimes, this is one of those times, we are compelled to warn patrons about a business that is best avoided. The counter staff was very personable, but unfortunately, the manager was indifferent and unwilling to rectify a simple problem. Ice cream should never be served melted. Why it was served in that state is beyond me. Why the manager was rude and condescending is just adding insult to injury. The name, ice cream, should be enough to convey the concept to even the most simple minded. I'm guessing she missed that part of her Dairy Queen education. Before writing this review I sifted through the dozens of negative reviews on Google and don't understand why this problem has not been addressed because I'm sure it's affecting this stores bottom line. Maybe this culture of indifference extends beyond this single store. In conclusion, I recommend avoiding this Dairy Queen location."

"The food is hot and fresh every time. I love the cheese curds and the onion rings smell makes me want them every time even if I wasn't the one to order them lol. I miss when they had "Elvis" singing here, not sure if they will do something like that again. I don't usually have a complaint about this particular dairy queen."

"I was wrongfully accused of filing complaints. I had made one concern regarding the of time to take to get the flushing machine. So the other day I reported that the associate was touching my food. The manager lost all control. The employee went completely off the chain because I asked her to make the other one and leave a the first 1 to insure it didn't come back,until such time replacement came . Now I have a speech impairment at this time. And while trying to get the words out. Verbally abused and consistently interrupted by the staff and the manager. Verbally abused and wrongfully accused. I encouraged that napkins be wrap around to prevent the problem. And this is something that a thirty six year old manager could not figure out. Nor was she diligent enough to take preventative for the health of the customers. These individuals are handling people's food people's money and touching everything. And then you put your hands onto someone's food that goes into their mouth. Manager didn't feel it necessary to take additional precautions for the safety and health concerns of the customers. eat at your own risk. But code enforcement has given the same advice. I guess that this customer was right after all."

"By far the worst experience that I have had in a long time. We waited 22 minutes in the drive thru to start. When they asked us what we wanted we said a #3 the double A1 burger with onion rings. She said they didn't have onion rings and so we just got fries not thinking the burger my husband ordered had onion rings on it. We also ordered 2 chicken basket meals. When we got home literally 8 minutes from the location and pulled the food out it was horrible. I took pictures because it was that bad. The portions on the chicken baskets were the size of a child's meal and everything was cold in both of them. They also did not put the requested sauce in the bag but instead a random white sauce dipped into a small Styrofoam container. Still have no idea what it was and my husband couldn't figure it out. My husband is the one who ordered the A1 burger which the meal cost right at $12. Again, it was missing all of the toppings basically. It was old, dry, a burn small piece of bacon on top and a drop of something he couldn't figure out. His fry container was half empty. Had I not just worked a 14 hour day I would have went straight back but I have another long day ahead and by the time I would have got back it would be closes. Highly disappointed in the entire experience and it was dang sure not worth the $26.93 that I spent."
