"Well for what I ordered ( which is NOT what I got) and for the price.... HOLY COW!!!! Crunchy tacos and soft tacos were $ . 39 & $ .49 back in the day. NOW !!! are $2.89 & $3.89. someone plz tell me what all comes on a stake nacho supreme? No meat , guacamole, sm scoop of beans , dollop of sour cream. All in the center of a handful of chips. Is what I got. I'm not happy with what we got. But not like they will do anything. At least we didn't get food poisoning this time.( Back in 2016-2017) .yes it has been that long since I had Taco Bell. And I don't think I'll be back again."

"If there was a lower star i would give it. I am at the emergency room now. Told them no jalapano there is an allergy they said "no prblem" my girlfriend may go into show because she didn't think they would lie"

"I am a truck driver parked overnight at the Lowe’s next door to make delivery. I ordered through Doordash because the lobby was closed at 10:30pm. When I received my food, exactly 0.3 miles away, the Chalupas were cold and hard, ALL of the taco meat in every item was cold like it had never been heated, and one of my Doritos Locos Tacos was literally just the paper taco holder full of cheese. I walked to the store, returned the food and got a full refund from Doordash. Do not trust this store, I don’t expect gourmet from Taco Bell but this experience was completely unacceptable, my entire order was inedible. My one and only consolation was that the girl I dealt with when I walked to return my order was very polite and apologetic. I was so furious I didn’t even think to catch her name, and I’m only sorry that I can’t praise her by name."

"We decided to wat in for lunch. They were acting busy but there were not a lot of customers. Drive thru wasn't too Took about 7 minutes for our food to come out. It was pretty good but the chilupa shell was stale. The soda station and tables were dirty. They came out and cleaned it when they saw me taking pictures. There was an employee laying in the corner booth on break in the lobby with dirty tables. Over all it was an ok experience. I would give them one more shot if I was in the area. Looks like these employees need a boost."

"03-2022 - update - I went to this location today at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday to have breakfast. I was told by the staff on duty that I could not eat breakfast in the dining room that I can only order through the drive-thru. If Taco Bell ever wants to build their breakfast service to compete with Burger King at McDonald's they need to have consistency. There was no legitimate reason why I could not eat breakfast in the dining room. This location has poor customer service 02-2022 - I went for breakfast the prices are much more reasonable than McDonald's or Burger King breakfast. The food was good and hot"
