Fuji Hibachi Express Spring Hill

"The sushi and hibachi are both excellent. The portions are very generous and delicious I recently move to Spring Hill from Tampa and have been looking for a sushi/ hibachi place and have now found the best one in this area. The people are friendly and provide great service. The restaurant is very clean and well kept. I have eaten there about 5 times now and every time I’m there it is bustling with people eating and getting take out."

"This is a self-service place, very much the same as fast food restaurant (McDonald, Wendy….): you fill your own drink, all utensils are one-time use (plastics), you order at cashier and pay everything upfront, when you finish you clean up your own dishes. I don’t like the “fast-food” set up for sushi. Sushi is hand-made with fresh ingredients while fast food contains mostly processed meat. It’s a weird mix. However my order was surprisingly delicious and very well made. Everything tasted fresh. Maybe after getting over the weird feeling of eating at fast food restaurant, I can actually enjoy the food itself. Maybe next time I’ll order to go. Recommend!"

"I found this place while looking for some Hidden Gems to eat and with my friend we both tried the Yakisoba Combo and it was really good, I even tried the Sushi they have and it's really good, I might turn it up to 5 Stars to try more on their menu."

"This place is good, not great, and quick. Dining in, I was surprised by the mix of plastic cutlery, styrofoam, yet real plates. The salads came prepackaged in styrofoam but the entrees and apps came on hard plates. It’s obvious that this place does more takeout business than dine-in by the steady flow of traffic, yet hardly anyone eating inside. The hibachi chicken was decent, but slightly overcooked. There were also black flakes of something that resembled burned food. The spring rolls were tasty. The staff was friendly and fast."

"Having recently moved I wanted to try the sushi and this place popped up on Doordash, so I ordered two rolls that sounded good. They weren't just good, they were PHENOMENAL. I was stunned. The rolls were huge and PACKED with filling. I decided to go back twice since then with my sushi-loving sister to the actual physical location and, again, we were both blown away at the quality. We got different rolls each time and they were enormous, flavorful, fresh, and amazing. This has to be, hands down and by far, my favorite sushi place I've ever eaten at. The staff are very cool, knowledgeable, and relaxed. I'm definitely bringing my family back to try the hibachi next!!"
