"The guys working here are amazing. They have such great customer service and seem to have a lot of patience. I ordered 3 subs but one of them was for someone who wasn't actually with me at the time. Each time they asked me if I wanted something specific on the sub I had to send a text to get the info. The employees were really cool about waiting for the response lThankfully though the response did come timely). They just worked on the other subs while I got the answers. Anyway, great place and as always the subs here are the best."
"Stopped in for a quick lunch yesterday. Never been to this location. Food was good and fresh as always. However, the store was dirty. Floor had a lot of litter on it- napkins, straw paper, etc. Tables were dirty and some were covered with crumbs. Windows were covered with finger prints and just needed a good washing. The store was not busy when we were there, so it could have been cleaned during the slow times."
"Jersey Mike’s makes one of the best sub shops in our area. Great selection of hot and cold subs. They got the meat right in front of you and they don’t skimp! Good selection of bread made in house. You may pay a little more but you get what you pay for."
"Ordered for pickup on DoorDash. My wife’s BLT had bacon that was hard as a rock. She hurt her tooth biting into it and when I tried it felt like I was chewing on a piece of my tooth. I don’t know how you serve bacon that hard. After throwing out the bacon she was left with a lettuce and tomato sub and a toothache. Tried to get a refund from doordash and they offered a credit of less than half the price I paid for it. Horrible experience. I’m from New Jersey and never experienced anything like this at a Jersey Mike’s. This location is an embarrassment to the Jersey Mike’s brand."
