"Everything was very good as usual. My wife had the buffalo chicken sandwich and I ordered the all American burger. Easily one of the top burgers in Hernando. If you like mildly spicy try the jalapeno skins. The thing that always amazes me about this restaurant is the service. A young man named Michael was our server tonight and he was attentive and polite. We appreciate having this establishment close to home."

"My recent visit to Drew's American Grill was nothing short of fantastic! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted like family. We started our culinary journey with the homemade clam chowder, and it was the perfect way to kick off our meal. Creamy, flavorful, and brimming with tender clams - it set the bar high for the rest of our experience. Next up were the fish and chips, and they were nothing short of perfection. Crispy, golden-brown batter encased flaky, moist fish that was cooked to perfection. The accompanying fries were addictive, to say the least! The Philly style roast beef was a delightful surprise. Packed with savory flavor and tender beef, it was a mouthwatering treat that left us craving for more. The All American burger was a true star of the afternoon. Juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked to our liking - it embodied everything one would want in a classic American burger. To cap off our extraordinary meal, we indulged in a cheesecake made by a local bakery. It was a perfect portion of heaven, with a velvety texture and a taste that lingered in our memories long after we left the restaurant. The service was impeccable, with our server being attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. "Just moved back to Spring Hill. Noticed this place had popped up and wanted to give it a try. First off, the place is a VIBE. The music is turned up a little too high for the size of the restaurant. But the art and the aesthetic are IT. Very chill very cool. The service, awful. Restaurant was very slow. 8 tables including the patio. I watched as hosts and servers chatted rolling silverware while I waited 8 minutes for my drink order to be taken. Watched them walk past dirty dishes instead of pre bussing tables. Just not at all what you want to see when a restaurant is slow. If you aren’t working, go home. Plain and simple. The food, was definitely a quality product. However, lazy cooks will be a hindrance to this place. Wings not tossed in sauce, but rather poured on to the plate. A big no no. Fries, while they LOOKED a crispy golden brown. Were mushy, and golden only due to the old fryer oil. Which you could taste oozing from the fries. I did order the soup of the day, which was excellent. Overall, a cool place that just needs a strong staff behind it. Definitely looking forward to giving it a second try. *** 3 week update. Glad I came back. Food was great, service was excellent. Long gone are people standing around doing nothing. Place was steady and everyone was moving. Music was chill in the background. Want to personally thank my server. People eating alone don’t always get the attention they deserve from servers, because they’ll assume due to check size, the tip will be small. But my drink stayed full, food came out timely. And I appreciate a server who tries to upsell deserts. Great experience over all. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a cool place to eat. Personally want to thank Crystal for the amazing service."

"We just bought a house near by and wanted to try out some local places. I'm so glad this is close to the house because the food is great! While it's in season, you should try the Santarita, I'm usually not a fan of cranberry drinks but this was really good. Will be coming here regularly and planning on bringing family and friends to try this place out."

"My first time. My Fav Fab One had been several times and was relentless about me trying Drew's. I'd also read a LOT of great reviews. So, game on! Arriving on a Friday night around 7-ish, the place was busy, but we got seated almost immediately. Awesome! Service stands out at Drew's. Almost every review gives high points and now I do, too. Our server was the bubbly Ms Crystal. She zoomed about the place with such enthusiasm that it was very uplifting. If you're not in the best mood when you walk in, you will be when you leave. We noted when anyone walked in the door, someone would welcome them, or ask if they could help. First impressions. Priceless. My eyes caught sight of a tempting tease. A menu board boldly announcing the Soup du Jour was Broccoli Cheddar. I get weak in the knees for Broccoli Cheese. I ordered a bowlful of that veggie-moo goo. It was FULL of big chunks of broccoli and lots of cheese. No skimping. YUM! Fab One ordered a Caprese Salad. That's sliced tomatoes, big slices of mozzarella, sprinkled with fresh basil and oiled up with a nice Balsamic glaze. A tasty appetizer, for sure. Next, Crystal flew in with an order of wings. Buffalo style. These things sing. We both know good wings, and these certainly qualify. Meaty, perfectly cooked with a wonderful sauce. These babies were going out on the town, so we dressed them in Ranch! I had so many choices, everything looked tempting, but I ended up getting the Philly Style Roast Beef sandwich. The succulent, juicy ROAST BEEF is to die for. Freakin amazing. I must say I was NOT bowled over by the Philly treatment. First of all, it was served on a Kaiser Roll, think fancy hamburger bun. I'd prefer a nice big traditional Hoagie roll. And it could have used more peppers, onions and cheese please! The taste was good, it just didn't scream Philly at me. Especially at a $15 price point. Locally, I've had true Philly representation, for a bit less. Overall, Drew's kicked big butt! It's a fun and lively place. Clean and bright. Outside seating if desired. Great food. STELLAR SERVICE!
