Panera Bread

"Ordered a teriyaki bowl, soup, chocolate frappe through door dash . We have ordered from this Panera many times! This time was a huge disappointment. The bowl for $17 had such a tiny portion my husband had to make something because it was not filling at all- see pics. Then the Frappe had no flavor that was just a waste. I tried to give to family and after a sip they made the face I did. Reason for the review have soup that’s the safe choice."

"If you like chicken soup, they have great chicken soup. I'm not crazy about the chicken and wild rice . The sandwich bread has tough crust, some people might like that, I do like the baguettes."

"Unfortunately, I will not be back after waiting almost 15 minutes for a bagel and cream cheese. I expected a little wait but not quite that long, so I was late to work. When I arrived I discovered that I wasn't given a knife, which actually didn't matter as the entire bottom half of my bagel had been placed onto a napkin directly after heating and now had tiny fuzzies and napkin pieces stuck to it, which wouldn't come off without ripping each individual fuzzy off the bottom. So I paid and waited for a breakfast I didn't get to eat any of. I do feel sympathy for the staff working. There was no one at the registers, so all customers had to ring themselves up on the touch screen kiosks. The only staff I saw were working non-stop behind the counter preparing food. One was on the phone with whom I can only assume was a manager and requested help multiple times, even saying they were "dying up here" - the entire time I waited, no help ever came. As someone who actually used to work for Panera for years, I felt for them because I have personally been there. The girl who handed me my bag did apologize for the wait, which I appreciated. But this was still a very subpar experience and I'd suggest grabbing breakfast somewhere else, as this was a 'calm', late (10am) weekday morning, nowhere near the volume of morning/weekend rush. My only positive note is that the kiosk didn't seem to register that I'd ordered 2 cream cheeses and I was only charged for and received 1, which worked out since I would have then payed even more money for it to still not have a knife/breakfast."

"I typically do not review broad franchises at this location knocked it out of the park. I showed up with a list 8 random meals and they were able to complete it and package it nicely within 15 minutes."

"Almost $40 worth of food for 2 soups, a grilled cheese, a bagel and 2 drinks. I ordered the grilled cheese, apparently their grill must be broken as the bread was not the slightest bit toasted. The cheese is hard as if my sandwich sat for a half hour when I ordered 15 minutes before arrival, the soup is always consistent, which is expected for something the employees just have to heat up. I was not greeted as I entered, (to go order) my bag had no utensils, no napkins, no cups, straws etc. The employees in the back were too busy having a conversation amongst themselves, to even acknowledge there were customers in the restaurant, let alone as anyone if they could be of assistance. Clearly no one working here, nor management cares about their customers or business."
