"Me and my lady have been wanting to try eating there so this evening we decided to finally get something for dinner and we were told it would be fifteen to twenty minute wait with 4 other parties ahead of us and kept hearing the hostess telling others that came in and left that carryout orders where more important than walk in customers 3 of the four parties waiting walked out and not one of the employees even tried to keep them from leaving! We were hoping to have a great meal but ended up a Culver's and was seated and eating within 5 minutes of being there not what we wanted to eat but definitely enjoyed the food and service wish I could say the same about Bob Evans!"
"Good food wait time was a bit much but ,I felt cut off after I ordered 1 thing then she went to my friends order so I had to intrupt to make a adjustment on my order the table behind us had 3 people got all there food first waitress didn't seam too overly friendlyThen ,when checking out I said hi to the girl at the counter I , got no response ,I paid didn't get any thank you or any send off greeting ,we did enjoy the food as it was good and came out hot ! THIS was my only second time going there ,"
"Can I just say overall I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Bob evens from the moment I walked in the door the entire restaurant was FILTHY however, I thought I would over look that and they might have been busy and didn't get a chance to clean right away when the food we ordered finally arrived it looked as disgusting as the condition that the restaurant was in I ordered what should've been one of the simplest things to prepare...An American cheese omelet which was so rubbery and flater then a pancake I sput it out....my dad ordered chicken noodle soup and literally looked like a bowl vomit I had to take a pic it was outrageous!!!! We paid the bill and walked out we didn't even bother to say anything they obviously don't care...if they did they would never have served us the disgusting mess they did. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!"
