"Today I had the pleasure of placing my to-go order with Gabbi at the Port Richey location. She was working with a new associate, Tyler. Both of them are an asset to the company! I have spoken to Gabbi on many occasions in the past and she is amazing. She’s friendly, happy & very sweet. She even remembered speaking to me before. I really like the staff at this restaurant. I have never had a bad experience . I have spoken to the management and they are all committed to excellent customer service. We use this restaurant for ALL my families special occasions. Give them a try if you haven’t already. You won’t be sorry."

"We had an early New Year's dinner here, always avoid amateur night !!! The food was delicious as always, and our server Veslincho was excellent. My wife ordered the Lobster Ravioli, our daughter ordered cheese Ravioli, and I ordered one of the seasonal specials, Rigatoni AL Forno. As usual, out comes hot fresh bread with dipping oil, soup, and salad that came with our meals. Everything was cooked to perfection and served hot. Hats off to the Team for a job well done."

"It has been at least 6+ years since we've ate at a Carrabba's and decided to stop in tonight. Our waiter was Dakota and from the moment he came to our table to the time we left, Dakota was extremely pleasant, respectful, easy going, and very acceptive to our sense of humor and even joined in. Just an overall happy vibe to him. We had Tomato Caprese with Fresh Burrata for an appetizer which was extremely good. The mozzarella was so fresh and the tomatoes, balsamic, and onions we nicely mixed. Just the right amount of everything, nothing overpowering each other. The wife chose the Tuscan grilled sirloin with asparagus and penne (massive amount haha). We both agreed that was probably the best cut of sirloin we've ever had. Up at the filet mignon level. I have had ribeye's that were not as tender as this was. Everything was cooked to perfection. I went with the Shrimp and Scallop Alla Vodka. Some people have a tendency to overcook scallops but, these were cooked just to my likings with the right amount of firmness. Perfect amount of sauce (not drowning) and flavors were spot on. Finished off with Tiramisu that was absolutely phenomenal. Very light, creamy, and the dark chocolate shaving we a wonderful treat. It's not often you get such a wonderful experience at a corporate "chain" restaurant where not only is the food absolutely wonderful but, the service is just a good. We thoroughly enjoyed our night out at Carrabba's with Dakota. We will be seeing you soon - Thanks again - Chris & Ree."
