"The food always taste good, but the lower reading from me is based on the service when it comes to ice cream. My kids always get the kids meals which comes with a ticket for a free ice cream. Of all the Culver's we've ever been to swim gives the tiniest amount. Maybe three bites and it's gone"

"Usually im happy coming here. i ordered a 3 pc cod dinner Brocc and Slaw, its like 16.00$. I drive home cause i assume my meal is correct, as it should be. They messed up not only the amount of fish but both of the sides. And for the inconvenience culvers should offer a free meal or drink or something. I had ask for free soda while i wait another 10 minutes for my food."

"UPDATE 12/8/23*** Went and grabbed a cod dinner today, bad experience from start finish which is practically unheard of here. The cod was so overfried which ive never had or saw before. Usually always well battered and hot/ fresh. Not today U could only eat the meat in the center bc you could chew throught the edges. Apptizers were ok but let me tell you how it took over 15 mins to get my to go order. Looked a little unorganized for noone was in line and a bare dinning area due to they had just opened. Gonna give culvers a break and see what happens in the future but please do better!!!"

"So my husband and I decided it's been a while, we might as well try again. Picture is what our food looked like and we got extremely sick from it. You can see the grease that ate throughtheir wrapper on my husbands, and my burger looks like it was thrown together. I thought it was maybe something I ordered last time but both of us have food poisoning this morning. I would avoid this place all together. Too expensive for issues like this. (1 Yyear ago) I come here very often and usually never have a problem. Also the customer service is always amazing. However, I ordered a mushroom and swiss double on Sunday around noon or so and was sick in the ER that night with food poisoning. The burger was the only thing I ate and I saw it come back to greet me later(sorry to be graphic). They were fairly busy so my burger could have been undercooked or the mushrooms or cheese spoiled. I am just disappointed and now have a hospital bill to take care of. Unfortunately I dont think I'll be back for a while if ever."

"The first time I was able to go to Culver's. They don't have these in Connecticut. I was in Florida visiting my brother it was actually right around the corner from his house. You do have to wait a little bit but your food is made to order. Very delicious food very reasonable prices I went twice during my week-long vacation I'll definitely go back again."
