"This is the worst place possible to order food. I ordered wings on Uber eats and this damn place has taken more than 1:30 hour to prepare the order. I guess, it’s useless to call yourselves a fast food chain restaurant since you don’t serve the purpose. If you all want to save time, don’t order from this place:"
"Worst service ever. Rude staff members. One person who came little after me had the same issue and he ended up leaving the place without taking his food. He asked for the manager when not answered after asking about his order status multiple times, and person on the counter told him to wait and didn’t bother to call the manager for him. I called on the store number and luckily manager picked up the phone and I explained him the situation and then he made my order ready. I placed order through app 20 minutes ago. I waited on store for 25 minutes. Total I waited 45 minutes, and no one was even telling the status of my order. Maybe I am wrong but some of the staff looked stoned. Thanks to the manage for making my order but I don’t think so I am ever coming back to this place anymore."
"It was a bad day for the staff. I don't know why, but the poor girl on register (only one) had to break to go make sandwiches. No way this would pass a health inspection with sanitation gloves and such. There were far more people complaining than happy customers. My order was fine but very simple - just chicken. I have been there when all was smooth running and good. It is so difficult to get and keep good employees. This is the issue. It is hard to keep employees motivated when they are getting yelled at by customers. So both sides of the counter are a factor in 'atmosphere'"
