"Stay away! Awful experience and food. I am lactose intolerant and cannot have sour cream so ordered the 3 taco meal asked for no sour cream please and no lettuce on tacos. We spent $30 on food. Got home and tacos had extra sour cream on all three (like they were being sarcastic), tacos were extremely mushy and fell apart and we only live a couple minutes away, my son's order was all wrong too, and they were rude on top of it all .......never going there again."

"Whaddayano, Taco Bell is still a below average Mexican poser. And at primo $$$ for fast food. I do not understand why this high calorie. Pseudo-good is so popular. Lackluster service at best. Stood at register for a while before a line cook, not a cashier came off the line. We ate in; to use the bathroom someone has to let you in. Good news-it was clean. Tables were clean, plenty of seating b cause there was virtually no one else. Bottom line? You either like it or, like me, you can leave it - for good."
"I speak very slowly to make sure I am clearly understood by the general public. I ordered a beefy melt burrito with no sour cream and the Taco Bell employees making my food took it upon themselves to put sour cream on it instead. I don’t know why they won’t just make it how you order it. Maybe they think they know what I like more than i do, or maybe if I did something to piss them off? This Taco Bell will leave you confused and guessing what just happened. What the hell is going on? Thankfully, they gave me a full refund when I returned all of the food. Not like they had a choice though, I would have held up their entire line the entire night until they gave me my money back. They did not give me a hard time about giving a full refund and that i is the only reason I’m leaving 2 stars and not 1 star. Also, I went there a couple of nights ago and I kid you not…. THEY WERE ONLY SERVING STEAK. I’m not sure kind of weird political statement they were trying to make. But it was weird, I used to work at a Taco Bell and I know they hardly ever run out of ingredients, especially chicken and beef. It was quite a strange political statement to be only serving steak."
