"Usually very good and very nice people working. However, the last time that I went, there were two persons behind the counter. They did not greet or even look at us. The gentleman ahead left all at once. We waited in our turn, but neither of them raised their heads. They were indeed making outside orders. However, two.persons can.do a different task each. Not even looking at people is. very universal. We ended up leaving of course, since these two people did not pay us the least attention. It is too bad because it has always been great otherwise. It seems to me like these two definitely need more training"
"I really must have lucked out - I was behind a couple of customers who used to work at this very location, and having worked at a foodservice establishment (and knowing what really goes on there) and to return as a customer speaks volumes to me. They were on a first-name basis with everyone working, and knew even the exact setting to use for their toasted sandwiches. But to not worry about how the food was prepared tells me everything I needed to know. When my turn came, the folks working were just as courteous to me as to those whom they knew. My food was great, and the place was very clean."
"Shortage of the staff. After waiting a long time the staff came out of the kitchen to get my order, she said we don't have a veggie patty."
"Nice subway but only because it's attached to a circle k with lots of alcohol to help me deal with the terrible food and god awful customer service. I don't recall the name but someone needs to get that rude dread headed woman out of the store and somewhere she doesn't have to talk to people on a daily basis."
