"Food is usually good but when they do a shift change they ignore the first drive thru lane and skip you even when you hand waited for them for 10 minutes. It's very frustrating and I've never had this problem at any other store. They're doing it right now actually and this is the third time I have this problem."
"Stopped for early breakfast and coffee. Sandwich was cold. Coffee was utterly undrinkable. It was as if they used the water from cleaning the floor to make the dirty sludge they served as coffee. Threw it all out and will never go to a BK again. Should have known better."

"I waited 40 minutes from when I ordered it in the app. They made me come inside and refused to start my order until I waited in a long line to place it at the counter. Since they had already taken my money online, I felt I had to wait. They were short-tempered and it was one of the worst experiences I've had in a fast food restaurant. The crispy chicken sandwich has been cheapened. It is no longer the higher quality Chick-fil-A knock off."
