"People here were nice but forgot one of the burritos I ordered, wait on the pick up order was also very long, seems like they need some more people in the kitchen. Food was made properly and decent tasting can't ask for more."

"I admittedly came at a busy time, but that wasn't unusual, as I come about once a week on my lunch break. I placed two orders, one for a coworker and the other for me, back to back at the kiosk. I received my coworkers order and then stood for an increasingly long amount of time as new people came in and got their orders and left. I eventually asked after about 20-25 minutes if there was an issue with my order, because it told me at the kiosk it went through. The lady I asked then proceeded to tell me she didn't see my order, and went back to making food. I get it, it's busy, but to be ignored like that was so rude. Eventually another girl came over and I asked her about it, she told me there was a few orders before mine and they have to be completed in order, including doordash and Uber eats. There is NO way that the multitude of orders that came and went while I stood there was placed during the 30 seconds it took to place both of my orders, but at least she was able to confirm to me that the order was in and didn't completely ignore my concerns like the first worker. What went from my 30 minutes lunch break turned into an hour long ordeal, and my coworkers food that I was given first was soggy and poorly put together on top of that. I never have had any issue at this location, but this was unacceptable and I won't be back."

"Attempted to order two different meal box promotions and they let us know that they won't sell those because "corporate" gets sale for the item and they're store doesn't make any money off those, so they refuse to sell them. So we left since everything we wanted to order they refuse to sell, great "customer service". I'm sure corporate would be glad to know they are doing that."

"Y'all be careful mangent has no care in the world here I went to go get food for my kid because he was sick all day and this is how they treated us because we got the right before close the drowned his spicy soft tacos to the point the were drowning out and the manger cleaning the grill just watch and laughed as they say there and did all this it's crazy how care free people are went it ain't there stuff horrible service from the grave yard shift crew"

"I give this Taco Bell two stars for their uncleanliness and unfriendliness. First of all the bathrooms were disgusting with paper towels spilling out of the trash can. The restaurant wasn’t much different. The tables weren’t clean and there was trash on top of and underneath the tables. We ordered our food and after we got it we found tons of things wrong such as missing tomatoes on the Mexican pizza and the toasted cheddar chalupa was burnt! The drink machine was broken and they didn’t have any condiments out. We got refills from the back but instead of using the cup we had they gave us new cups and told us to throw the old ones away for safety. We don’t recommend as this isn’t the best Taco Bell location.
