La Pasadita Mexican Restaurant

"DISRESPECTFUL LIES!! I ordered a Chile Relleno (cheese stuffed pepper). The waitress came back to let me know that there was only chicken relleno. NP. Inside the relleno, I found potato, raisins, carrots, a creamy sauce, but no cheese. This seemed like chicken pot pie mix. I brought it to waitresses' attention. We double-checked the description on the menu (cheese stuffed pepper). It's my favorite for many years. I know how it should be. She took it to the boss, who essentially said F her and F me. No point in discussing it further. I paid FULL PRICE and left. Never been here before, and I'll never go back. He couldn't care less about authenticity or customer service."

"I am not from Gainesville, I was in search of Tamales and although other restaurants had them this one had better reviews. This restaurant offers green or red mole sauce or cheese sauce. The masa has a good flavor, I prefer chili's in it but the pork had enough flavor it wasn't bland. Asada was very good and cilantro, fresh. Could have used two corn tortillas to hold the juicy meat. Blk refried beans were excellent. The rice was dry and bland. Topped of the meal with fried ice cream. Service was excellent."

"Stumble across this place today and absolutely love it it's going to be on my go-to list for tacos or any Mexican food for that matter even though they were short staffed they did fantastic and I cannot Rave enough about the Bria tacos the portions were perfect even had leftovers and the salsa is thick and delicious"

"Was looking up restaurants in Gainesville and wanted to try somewhere new. La Pasadita did NOT disappoint. The Birria tacos were to die for and we didn't expect them to be as large as they were. As you may have seen, we tore them up before I even thought about getting a picture. The fried icecream wasn't exactly what I was expecting but good nonetheless. Also, the decorations and music just topped everything off! Very much recommend"

"I recently picked up my Doordash order from this restaurant in the early morning and was pleasantly surprised by how quickly it was ready. The waitress who helped me was incredibly friendly and made the experience even better. I ordered the Fajita El Pastor and was impressed by the huge portion size - it was more than enough to feed both me and my wife. Even after we finished the four pieces of flour wrap, there was still plenty of Fajita left. So we decided to get creative and turned it into our own version of Fajita ramen noodles, which we dubbed "Chi-Mex" cuisine. The resulting dish was absolutely delicious, with amazing flavor and texture that surpassed any other Asian noodle dishes we've had in town. Overall, we loved our experience at this restaurant and will definitely be coming back for more. The combination of great service, generous portion sizes, and creative, flavorful dishes make this place a real gem. Highly recommended!"
