"The order was all okay, but I got a food item that tasted extremely strongly of cleaning chemicals. It was disgusting. I had someone else try to make sure I was tasting it correctly and they agreed it was gross like sanitizer."
"They ask if you would like extra meat. But then the do not add it ( 3rd time this has happened) obviously the beans were from last night( I have no problem with that ) but they didn't rehydrate and get to correct consistency. Just a hard blob of really really dried beans that will not spread around with a regular amount of meat. As a former manager at Taco Bell is same town this is disappointing."
"The store was clean, Samantha was our cashier as we enter the store she welcomed us with a smile. As a family of 7, 4 being children She took out our order 100% correct and also smiled through the whole time. My children aged 5-13 order their own food ( for the fisrt time) and she was so patient. The employees in the kitchen were all focused on their stations. Kitchen was clean and our food came out hot, fresh, and correctly. Must definitely will Make this our main store to come to. I really pray Taco Bell reward her for her amazing customer service as is very rare to get great customer service in fast foods now days. I know one day she will make an amazing leader and manager. People should must definitely order and eat in store. Its a totally different experience than when you order from the drive through."
"Got two beefy melt burritos and couldn't eat either one. Each one I tried to open, the soft shell was stuck to the wrappers. No matter how slow I opened them up, it stuck like someone had used a wet wrapper. Very disappointing."
"Fast Mexican food at its most recognized. Inside looks more modern Self order kiosk and pick up area for mobile orders. Same tacos and other menu items. Inflation has hit and bit more but still cheap!"
