"Older man who did my x-ray raised his voice a few times and seemed angry when I didn't immediately understand how he wanted me to position my arm and legs. I was already nervous, and he made it worse. However, receptionist was friendly and professional."

"I drive an hour to go to this location for all my imaging. My primary looked at me to ask, are they that good… yes; worth the drive. My technician was excellent, spoke with empathy knowing the breast exam is uncomfortable therefore took extra consideration to perform the test quickly and accurately. She was eloquent in her presentation and explanation as she moved forward with the exam. Thank you for being excellent at your profession."

"The location was suitable, the practice was well run it seemed (nice, competent employees and short wait times) The reason I am giving only 2 stars was the amount of times I was emailed, texted AND called was extremely excessive. For two weeks before my appointment this company made contact with me in some form every day and sometimes twice a day. I have a busy life and have other things to do besides deal with SO MANY touch points from SimonMed. Do they really get so many "no-show" appointments to justify this personal invasion? Thank you."

"Not happy! They must provide better hearing head phone s, also offer the small ones to put in your ears ! Hearing is important why damage your ear drums at the expense of an MRI! Also tech should communicate how uncomfortable you will be and for HOW Long !! Unbearable. Plus should offer a warm Blanket without having to ask for it! Zero points for communication process. The manager Nick tried to be supportive and it is seems like he is very experienced at customer service in but he needs to retrain his staff to do better. Never ever had such a bad experience with a MRI. Sorry to say I felt tortured My hand. Above my head for an hour feel asleep, had to lay on my stomach, was freezing had to stop to be covered and new ear plugs , in which barely helped. Very disappointed to say the least and worst of all I had to pay for it . No returns The price was less but would have preferred to pay more for higher quality equipment. Had to be old equipment. Archaic! First review for me as my concern level is to help other people!the manager Nick was very concerned and helped as much as he could to resolve these problems, and I thank him"
