"Zaxbys is my favorite chicken place, coming to visit my parents here in Tallahassee and I was excited to stop and get some.... However, the drive thru person was the rudest person. I get not wanting to be at work, but it took them about 10 mins to even acknowledge I was in the drive thru. I finally had to say hello about 5 mins and he answered and said to give him a minute. 5 minutes later he takes my order, but is so unpleasant. Then when I get to the window to pay, he is extremely rude, doesn't say much and he finger nails are long and gross and he touches me with them. I tell him thank you and he doesn't acknowledge me, doesn't look at me and just goes back in the window... Also they got my order wrong. The chicken ist still good though!"

They can do grilled tenders for those with gluten issues as long as you call ahead (limited grill space and they take a while - so please call 10 minutes in advance so you don't hold up the line) I always have a good experience here lately. 10/10 would rate higher if I could."

"Horrible service! Pull ed up to the drive-through, disrespectful young lady trying to rush me while I’m trying to place my order. Had to sit in parking spot for 17 minutes waiting on my food. When I get home, I noticed there’s barely one chicken strip and little pieces chopped on top of the salad. Called the store. Spoke to the disrespectful manager NAYA who was not pleasant to speak with. This location sucks! I understand Katie is the general manager, do better!"
