"This by far has been the worse Chick-Fil-A we've been to. And we've been to many Chick-Fil-A's in various states. 1st time there, we never got greeted by the guy at the counter to take our order. I had to ask him if he was ready. He never acknowledged us. Not very friendly either. 2nd time we went it was like a circus. The girl wasn't friendly either. So many people behind the counter and seemed so unorganized and chaotic. Food was ok but we won't be visiting this location again. I think corporate Chick-Fil-A needs to retrain them on how to take care of customers."

"I come to chick fil a ALL THE TIME and before stopping in tonight I had 2 separate issues in a row with my order being correct. Tonight Kadien fixed that, when I told her what happened she immediately reassured me that I would be receiving my original orders, this time the right way. She handled the situation very professional and after she took my order there was nothing to complain about. Thank you Kadien for fixing the mistakes and insuring that me that in the future if this happens again I can go directly to her and the problem will be solved."

"Ordered a bacon egg chicken and cheese biscuit. Did not get the chicken. Went in and the girl behind the counter who was not really concerned if I was having a pleasurable experience informed me I was not charged. Sent me on my way. When I open the wrapper fully, or at least tried, the cheese was stuck the the entire top of the wrapper. Did not appear to have a top. I went inside and finally pulled back the top in front of her and I found a third of the top. It was a sad looking thing. She just looked back at me with an unspoken “See, there it is and sent me on my way again.” I think I am done with Chick-Fil-a. They are not what they once were."

"I've been going to this Chick-fil-A location for years. It's always been decent. The last two times I've gone the sandwiches are stale, the bread is hard, they don't even get my order right. I'll start going to the one in Destin until they start screwing up I guess."
