"This was a very nice Firehouse Subs restaurant(for the most part). Service was very fast and most of the food tasted great! I had never been to a Firehouse Subs, and the kind cashier recommended I get a a spicy Cajun chicken or a steak and cheese sub. I ended up getting a Cajun chicken sub and it was pretty tasty and was served hot(as expected) but did include jalapeños which we asked not to be included. I would also not recommend the grilled cheese sandwich(we got it in a kids meal). The bread was not toasted at all and the bread was almost soggy…the only thing that made it sort of “grilled” was the fact that the cheese was melted onto the bread. Customer service was good, most of the food was awesome, cool atmosphere, and an overall mostly positive experience."
"I went to this location tonight around 8:30pm. When I walked in no staff said “hi” and just had a sad face on like I was ruining their night by being there. After the young girl with short black/brown hair made my sandwich.. she said “here you go”. She didn’t even put it in a bag for me or anything. I had to put my own sandwich, chips, cookie, and coke in a bag for myself. Bad customer service! I’m contacting corporate as well because this is absurd."
"Sandwiches were great here last year, but the Italian I had yesterday was terrible. It was practically just bread and mayo- almost no meat or condiments and was missing the cheese and pickles completely. There was a sign outside saying that they are short staffed, so in that situation I understand if wait times are longer, but the quality of the food should not suffer or you are going to lose customers."
"Great sandwich options, helpful employees. My only reason for not going higher than three stars is that the tables were not clean and no other patrons were seated in the restaurant. It seemed that it could have been a simple task to wipe down those tables during a moment with only one customer. But the food was terrific and the girl behind the counter prompt and professional."
