"I have given this place so many chances. Why are they serving coffee flavored milk? That's basically what you get if you order from here. After being burned twice, I specifically asked to have mine made darker and was still served a large milk with creamer and a splash of coffee. And just for reference, I ordered 2 different drinks and they both came out exactly the same. When I asked to have it remade because I ordered coffee darker, I was told "they had no control over the color it turns out". They also refused to give me money back because that is how "coffee is supposed to look at Dunkin". I went to McDonald's right down the road and ordered a large black coffee and poured the entire cup into my iced coffee. Still too light to be actually called an iced coffee. The frozen coffee I just dumped down the drain because it was not made properly either and served to me 75% melted. Pictures for reference against a white background. 1st is after adding a large black coffee to ice coffee and the 2nd is the melted frozen coffee."
"I order the same beverage every day. Even if you ask for light ice; in my experience, they filled the ice all the way to the top. No idea why the workers are skimping out. Inflation has hit the price of Dunkin coupled with shrinkflation So you pay more for less."
