"We've been to a few Shrimp Baskets. They all have their own personalities and this one is certainly relaxed on a Saturday lunch time. Nice and easy. But the staff were busy and attentive to everyone enjoying the day and their meals. We enjoyed the coconut shrimp to start out with. Delicious and lightly seasoned and just enough coconut in the batter with the accompanying orange sauce. Entrees ordered were chicken tenders with fries, half fried shrimp basket and a half fried catfish basket. The fries are crisp and hold up through the meal. Shrimp and catfish were seasoned just enough and didn't hide the flavor of the shrimp or fish. The chicken tenders were cooked to perfection, but very little season or salt... you'll need the sauces for the chicken. The ranch dressing that comes with the chicken was really fresh; that was a nice touch. The coleslaw is complex. It had more than just cabbage, onion, pickle, and mayo... tiny shrimp and spices other than salt. It was tasty. But if you're not adventurous, you may want to try substituting a different side. Sweet tea was familiar, so no huge surprise. Good. And they even gave us a large tea to go! Yeah for us. Enough fries to take home for later too."
"Our server was absolutely fabulous! We shared the Seafood Basket (included Fried Shrimp, Popcorn Shrimp, Fried Oysters, Fried Whitefish, Hush puppies, stuffed crab, shrimp cole slaw and french fries) and there was more than enough for the 3 of us to get completely full. Food came out quick, hot and fresh. Our server came back and checked on us frequently. He refilled our waters and brought the check at the right time. Food was VERY well priced for the amount and quality."
"We experienced the best fried fish in Navarre with the most immaculate service. Fresh food, crispy fried “flavored” fries and the option to sit outside tops it all. The tables are clean, the plates are full, and the prices are fair. A diamond in Navarre! We will definitely return!"
