"I went to sonic on 2/9/24 and ordered at 3:15 pm and ordered a mini chocolate chip cookie dough blast. Very simple to make, ice cream and chocolate chips cookie dough. First one was full of chocolate syrup mixed with some chocolate chip cookie dough. Went back around and told her it wasn't right. Second one was full of chocolate chunks. She caught a attitude and had someone else make it and it was fine. She wouldn't even turn around when I left. If she doesn't want to work there find ANOTHER JOB. People expect orders to be right when they pay for it and leave chip on your shoulder at home."
"The first time I came here I didn’t have good service, it took 30 minutes to get my food after multiple wrong orders. That said, the last few times I’ve been here again, I’ve had pretty good service. Polite and attentive workers, fast preparation and delivery, and the food is as ordered, no error. Most people only leave reviews when they’ve had bad experiences and it’s just bad for the workers and the business. I see the potential and improvement. Good work Management and employees!"
"If you have time to kill... stop at this Sonic in Brewton, Alabama. SLOW, SLOW SERVICE !! I've tried the pull in and order service, and the Drive through service, and the average wait time is 25 minutes for both. Unbelievable. The food is OK.. but the service is much to slow. If you are in a hurry, Do Not stop here. Plus, the food is overpriced. I was really hoping for a better experience each time, but it never happened. One good point... the Restaurant looks great from the road at night. Nice Outside lighting."
"ZERO stars. They tried to scam me. I will NEVER be back here. We ordered a shake at 6pm. We didn't get it until 6:35 pm. The carhop gave our shake to the car next to us, then carhop wanted me to pay for the shake a second time. They claimed it didn't go through. Nice try, but my bank notified me the moment the charge went through via my banks app."
