"This was the worst experience I've ever had with Pizza Hut. I ordered online at 5:56pm with a 24 minute wait. I waited in line for a total of 40 minutes. After I paid, they couldn't find my order. It wasn't even made yet. They pushed it back for delivery orders. I asked how long to make it, and she couldn't tell me. I ended up getting a refund, but I had used a birthday coupon for free bread sticks and my rewards points for a free pizza. I was told online had nothing to do with them and I wouldn't get those back. I told them that wasn't fair to me, and I shouldn't lose anything because they had pushed my order back and couldn't give me another pickup time. I was so upset. I went to Sonic. I didn't get home until 7:30 pm. I did call the toll-free number and was able to get my rewards and my coupon back. I normally don't complain, but the staff at Pizza Hut didn't care that I didn't get my order, nor did they try to make it right."
"The building needs renovations, extremely bad, and a good cleaner the absolutely only two reasons I gave any stars for this place is the two awesome ladies that work at night they were both very pleasant. It’s not their fault that they work at a horrible establishment. This place needs to be shut down by the health department honestly"
"First i order and it says 14 minutes. I get there in 20, i get to the window and the guy says its going to be another 15. They give me my wings and its literally the crumbs at the bottom of the bag. I thought the pizza hut in flomaton was bad. This is awful. If i could rate 0 i would. Would def not recommend coming here. Also includes is pictures of all the people stuck waiting on their food when the parking lot is empty."
"Ordered a cheese pizza for delivery. And when i got the pizza it was hot but there was also a piece of hair on it. Called in to let the manager know abt what happened but he wanted the pizza that the piece of hair was on back in order to compensate for it but of course like any other normal person i threw it out. He offered a $4 coupon for the next visit. but no need bc i won’t be back."
"Would give 1 star but the pizza was good but the service inside the restaurant might be the worst I've ever encountered in my life and it's not even close. It took 90 min to get our pizza,and I finally got up and got my own drinks also the Waiter spilled a mountain dew on the floor by our table and never cleaned it up just pitiful. The restaurant was pretty much empty but looked like this"
