"I'd love to leave a good review, but the Brewton restaurant didn't give me a chance. A week ago I went at 11:15 and the doors were still locked, but the drive-thru was open. They didn't have any buns. Lat night no burgers or roast beef at 6:00 pm."
"Absolutely horrific customer service. The individual (Tasha) that responded at the drive through after I order online for pick-up asap told me that I "just order, leave...come back when it says your order will be ready" keep in mind I arrived at 4:27 as the only person in the drive thru with the lobby closed and my order said it would be ready at 4:29. I pulled around to the window because she refused to speak to me and then just pointed at me to leave. Horribly rude and it makes me afraid to consume my food because of the anxiety that it could have been tampered with. The person was so incredibly unprofessional and I am extremely dissatisfied."
