Chipotle Mexican Grill

"First time eating here.... I ordered the chicken bowl, and it's all dark meat, not happy with it. Mostly bc it was dark meat, but mostly bc it was ice cold. The cheese didn't melt at all. Disturbing. Is it cold food,or unmeltable cheap cheese? Yuck, and expensive. We paid $24 dollars for a burrito and a half cup of chicken in a bowl with super cheap cheese."

"I travel for work and eat at Chipotles all across the country. Why they so notoriously have sub 3-Star reviews is beyond me. There are three classes of Chipotle beginning with those that, admittedly, are disgusting. The food is unprepared and so are the sauces, napkins, and plastic ware. Then there are those who have fine food, but the the restaurant itself is disorderly. Then are those such as this location, that are totally prepared. Of course, if you don’t like Chipotle, that’s another issue."

"Not the friendliest service, but they were efficient and the place was clean. The food was good. We did have to ask for the volume of the music to be lowered. This isn’t a nightclub. It should be background music but at our table we were struggling to be heard above the music. What’s up with that? CFA proves that you can train people to have a culture of friendliness and courtesy. No excuse for the dismissive attitudes."

"I was so happy to learn we were getting a Chipotle. I've tried this location several times now, each time hoping for a better experience but sadly it never happens. I really don't like giving negative reviews but I'm disappointed every time I go there. The place is filthy, the tables are never clean, the drink station is always a disaster, and no one seems to care. Sometimes the beans are dry and crusty, once the chicken was burned, and today there was water all over the floor and no one bothered to mop it up. The employees are not friendly and if they moved any slower, they'd be going backwards. It's like they were never trained. I thought I was going to have a nervous breakdown watching this one girl wrap a burrito. It should take less than 10 seconds but it took her an entire minute. I have never seen anyone who even resembles a manager so maybe someone from corporate will read these reviews and actually get this location some decent management and training."

"There clearly is a poor management issue here. Food everywhere. One employee on serving line while 3 of his coworkers gather and chat. One cook over burnt chicken on the grill, which was left unmanned until he decided to check on it. I do commend the one employee who attempted to serve the line alone with most of the food containers empty forcing him to go to the backup food line to get food to serve customers. Cleanness wasn't a priority at all. It wasn't close to closing time so why they ran out of most of the food items, I don't know. The serving line was worse than beverage bar"
