"Dude, Cam at the door…couldn’t have been less interested in your job. Walked us to a dirty table, wiped last customer’s food debris into the floor. Glad you could hurry back to your seat to get on your phone. Mad props the way you navigated to the back 4-5 times and never took your eyes off your screen. Server was cool. 25 minutes for wings in cool, 20 additional minutes for kitchen to fix order…now we’re bored. Trivia didn’t help since the wifi and app were fighting and all we saw were blank screens. Managers half asleep near the back could have avoided their boredom if the had walked the floor. There were opportunities."
"Burger (green chili bacon), wings (orange chicken) and kids cheese burger were all very good. Only complaint was that the fries, although hot, we're not quite crispy enough. Service was great. This BWW location is one that I would definitely return to."
