"Foley AL,2/19/24,1909hrs. Drive thru customer. only customer at the time. Drive thru menu in disrepair speaker barely working, outside of building dirty and trash present. Had to wait 20 mins for order and was only customer .Had to walk inside and nudge the 3 employees and a manager present to finish my order. Does corporate ever inspect the franchisee? Do better!"
"Love this places food so much but the speaker don’t work very well at all and it’s been like this for at least what two months now, but my food was hot and good but I would’ve liked butter with my grits I ideally don’t have to ask because they just put it in there ."

"We don't have krystal burgers where I come from so we decided to check this place out. I've been to them before but it's been years. The food at this one was very good. The chili cheese tots and chili cheese fries were very fresh and hot. Employees were very friendly. Food came out very quickly and was correct."
"Don't eat here. Worst Krystals we have been too. Ended up throwing away half our food. The manager was screaming/down talking to the staff and complaining about taking orders while she was taking our order. Burger meat was gray and the bottom bun was not moist but WET. Our order wasn't right. Update 3 out of 3 of the adults that ate there has thrown up within 2 hours of being there. I know food poisoning can take awhile but after seeing all that gunk on the grill, who knows what we got. We are hoping the kids are going to be okay."
