"The main purpose of going here was to look for Wild Hair Grow oil. I recently relocated and needed to make sure I have access to my hair products, particularly my hair oil. Whelp this store is absolutely huge with A LOT of items not just hair products, but clothing, jewelry, body oils, shoes, purses, wallets, etc. I finally found my favorite hair oil. Now I have been using this hair oil since COVID. Whelp this store version of the hair oil is rigged. The smell is different more fragrant-like and the consistency is off, it’s not thick. I went back to my original beauty store to purchase the oil and it was normal so I just think they might have had a bad batch. I wouldn’t purchase this particular hair oil but everything else is worth trying. I gave 3 stars for these reasons: the cashier was texting while trying to check us out, the lady restocking was helpful, variety of items but it was hard to know your size if you aren’t use to letters, only numbers."

"The girl who checked me out was very pleasant.. however, poor customer service from the manager of the store. They “mislabeled” a price on some hair and instead of giving me the price that was on the package, the manager charged me the “correct” price. How? When it’s marked one price on more than one item? It wasn’t even a significant difference in the price but my point was this was YOUR mistake."

"I stopped by yesterday with my son to run in and grab some hair and color. When we walked in I asked if they had a trash can I could put something in ( held up the paper in my hand) immediately the woman I assume is an owner says no. I say well there isn’t one outside, can I used that one? ( a huge empty trash can 1 foot away from her) and she says no. Then the employee behind her sees me about to leave and let’s me use it. It’s sad the employee has better customer service skills than an owner or “ manager”. How dare you not let a customer that has literally spent hundreds of dollar at your establishment use a trash can?! I changed my mind about purchasing my hair there because I refuse to support a business that treats me that way."

"Will not shop here again!!! Bought a pair of teddy bear slippers. Open them up and the shoe had a cut in it. The store would not exchange the freaking shoe for the exact same one. Will shop else were! They want your money but will not exchange for anything!! Never again!"

"Well, where should I start? The lady that sold me my wigs was very nice! The brown lady. When I made it home I noticed the wig looked much shorter than the one I was looking at in the store. I went straight back to the store no exchange/ no refunds. Pissed me off! So ladies are there any BLACK OWNED BEAUTY SUPPLY STORES in this area? That’s were I am spending my dollars. These Chinese folks don’t care nothing about you all the want is your American Dollars. They don’t care if your satisfied or not. I will never ever shop here again. I knew I should have went to the best hair store around on Amber Drive in Columbus Ga. The beauty supply store on Amber Drive is amazing. You are not just a dollar there you are an important customer. Not one time but all the time."
