"Came in to get my front tires balanced, guy at the desk told me it would be about 10 minutes before they could get my car in, I ended up waiting around for over an hour before I asked for my keys back so I could leave (I asked multiple times as to how much longer it would be and the answer was always 5-10 minutes."

The wait times are long(very busy and popular business) so plan ahead to leave your car unless you are the first one at the door at 9:00am.
