"I recently bought a new Kubota tractor from here. I had a very pleasant experience. All the people were very nice and my sales person was very helpful in helping me get the tractor best suited for my needs. I had a minor issue with the tractor seatbelt. They responded to my home and fixed the issue rapidly and I have had no problems with it since. I will certainly use Rhinehart Equipment Company for any future purchases or needs."

"Recently purchased a used T770 skidsteer with forestry mulcher from Rhinehart. My husband and I are both very pleased with the entire experience. Our salesman, Hunter Burnett, was an absolute pleasure to deal with, and the delivery driver Derek was knowledgeable and helpful. And we LOVE our new (to us) Bobcat!"

"Buying a lawn mower here was fine, the problem lies with the service department. I had an issue with my lawnmower not starting, called, got the mower picked up just fine, it's been literally over 2 months and no mower and tall unruly grass, my husband calls to check on the status and have been told multiple times it's in the shop just to be told today 9 weeks without that it has just now been put in the shop so I'm assuming another 1-2 weeks without my mower, literally paying on a peice of equipment that I can't use and that has just been sitting in their parking lot, I honestly find this truly unacceptable, we've been told they are short handed but still this long, and being brushed off is crazy. Another week and they still have our mower saying that a master mechanic had to check the mower because the technician couldn't fix it. No one reaching out trying to make it right. 11ish weeks without starting to loose count Never regretted giving a business my business before. 13 weeks still no mower they claim they are still waiting on a part, I believe that since we are covered under Warranty they simply do not care about us being customers and our experience there."

"Great Place to purchase. I dealt with Daniel Payne, and he was excellent. He made the process easy, gave me a good price on a unit, and fixed an issue -the unit had a flat tire when it arrived from shipping. If interested in a good, honest company to buy from.... call these folks."
