"Avondale Hardwoods is great! David is super knowledgeable, and helpful. I stopped by looking for wood to make a desktop. We talked through my ideas and he helped me narrow things down and helped me in picking the right wood. We landed on some gorgeous cherry. I don't have a jointer and was afraid of messing up such long pieces. Fortunately, he was able to joint the pieces and get them ready for gluing up so that all I really had to worry about was gluing and finishing. I'll absolutely be back for my next project!"

I met David when I took his Hunt Board class and he has been a endless resource for me ever since. I retired 2 years ago and was at best a novice woodworker but with David as a resource I have built furniture I never dreamed I could build. I attached a few examples of furniture that David helped me with, including wood selection, reviewed my sketches and provided construction advice, note I did not build the chairs.
