"I went to this store to get wiper blades. I'm in my 60s and my husband recently died. I know nothing about wiper blades. So I asked for help. The man told me what aisle they were in and it was my personal preference. Not only would he not give me any information he would not even move from behind the counter to walk down the aisle to help. There was no one else in the store and I'm sure I know why. I walked out and went to O'Rileys. They not only gave me guidance in buying the blades but put them on for me. Shop at ORileys if you need any kind of customer service."
