"Used to shop at Michaels many times a week, now I go in maybe a few times a year and leave without buying. They have gotten rid of most of their quality art supplies and have only cheap, store brand goods that are priced as if they were high quality. They have no Conte or Cretacolor at all and don't sell any charcoal or pastel papers. I managed to find some Rembrandt pastels in small boxes at another Michaels, they all sold out, and they decided not to carry them any more, while their Loft products sit on the shelf and get dusty. It's like they want their customers to be miserable. Don't call yourself at art store if you don't sell art supplies."
