I've been a customer here for a long time however for the past 3 weekends my wife and I have tried to come get juice and coils on Sunday and no one is here. I'm literally sitting in the parking lot having to find us a new store to go to that is open. "I'm not big on checking out new vape shops. Quite honestly, I don't really know where many are until I need one. Qdysseus has been decent the dozen or so times I've been in over the 6 or 7 years I've known of them. Before this turns into a Hallmark channel episode I'll land this thing. Needed a new vape. Figured I'd just go with the one I'd been using for a couple years. I ran into Max for the first time today that I'm aware of, at Odysseus. He is personable and knowledgeable. In about a 25 second monolog, I explained what I like about my two current vapes and what I didn't like. In return Max told me his anecdotal experience with his preference of devices in the same class. More specifically, he explained why he was making his recommendation, he demonstrated his points with the device itself. He briefly highlighted pros and a cons. I'm not an easy sell, as I've done sales myself for approaching 25 years. By the time he'd finished convincing me that he'd led me to the right destination, soon as he paused to draw a breath, I said I'll take it. My point for this long, and over indulgence at a review is this. Good people aren't as common as it may seem. Life is full of filler. Max was a professional, knowledgeable, kind and courteous. I appreciate that greatly. Thank you. In a world full of online merchandise, that often times is a dice roll, Odysseus put the human experience back on the table. I'd highly recommend these guys as my prior experiences were also passing grades. Today simply stood out. Thanks again."
