"Pros- Easy beach access Beautiful views Pool Pantry in the kitchen We had 6 adults and 2 kids and never felt crowded The rental agency was very responsive to any needs that we had. The day we got there, a handyman was repairing part of the deck that was rotted. I appreciate their response to this issue. Cons- While the place had new floors and some other cosmetic updates fairly recently, it just isn't well taken care of. For example,the floors are soft in many places. Also, it needs a deep clean. There were chunks of dried food on the furniture and cabinets, and it hadn't been vacuumed or swept. The agency did offer to send cleaners back out, but it needs more than that."
"Would leave zero stars if I could, this place needs tons of work, Rotten deck, pool area, railings. Outside lights don't work rusty. ^ people sleep in one room. Wires hanging everywhere. Wood is broken, sliding door broken, dishwasher broken, shower moldy. Needs to be cleaned. Would not recommend. stayed June 4-11, 2022,"
