"My aunt had her ring resized at Cortez and when she got it back, it was still twirling around on her finger,so she asked for an adjustment. The owner, who didn't remember the ring or my aunt, asked when she brought it in. She told him she brought it in two weeks earlier. Instead of helping, he was quite rude and the lady there just gave her two plastic little ring adjusters and offfered others, but they aren'tvery helpful. So, my aunt left with a ring that is still too large, a bill she should not have paid, and an unpleasant experience. She is quite unsatisfied and now has to find someone else to adjust the size of her ring."

"I had a fantastic experience at Cortes Jewelers! The staff is extremely friendly and the establishment is very welcoming. The work was very professional and the reputation this family owned business portrays is nothing shy of excellent. I travelled from Atlanta for a watch repair and would recommend others do the same. While there, I ended up picking up a set of earrings for my mother as a last minute Christmas gift on top of the watch repair. They were receptive of all my wants and needs and set me up with the perfect gift! Great family, great craftsmanship, and great overall experience!"

"Took 4 watches for batteries and an anklet for repairs to clasp. Told me they would be ready in 3-4 days….more like 3 weeks. I picked up and saw only one of the watches with new batteries actually working.. The lady said the second hand just got stuck. Also they didn’t have a pin for one watch…really? They put. Battery in it anyway.. So…one watch works and my anklet is fine now for 116.60$. I could have bought a new watch for about that. I don’t think I’ll be going back there. Very disappointed."
