"I have used Water Savers twice for major projects and give them my highest marks. They are very responsive and worked us into their schedule quickly. The first job was to find an underground leak somewhere under our house or driveway, fix the leak and then install a new, upgraded main water line to the house. I bid this work out to several groups and they were by far the best and very reasonably priced. The second project was the removal and replacement of 6 toilets. They scheduled me quickly and then rescheduled when my shipment was delayed. 5 Stars."

"There is a reason they make you pay half up front. They dramatically overcharged me for a simple install, and managed to damage the existing plumbing while there (resulting in the dishwasher draining into the basement). The plumber never told me when they were coming (They just showed up) and I had to call multiple times just to get them to setup an appointment. I should have listened to my instincts and gone with another plumber."
