"My fiance has been referring so many people to this place for years because he trusted them. He brought my Lexus for a valve cover gasket/tune up, and to fix my gear shift cable. They fixed the cable, but then I noticed whenever I stopped, oil would be near my tire. We towed the car back to the shop and they said the oil leaked into the spark plugs but they "fixed the problem." However, after going through the hassel, and it seemed I needed another tune up a few weeks later, I went to another mechanic and he showed me that they never changed the spark plugs initially. So basically they stole the new spark plugs we bought and left the old ones in. We spent over $1000 and brought business to them. I am very disappointed Isabella and no other referrals will be sent on our behalf. Customer loyalty should always be a factor with any business."

"Teniamos que esperar 50 minutos haste que vuelvan de su almuerzo. We were supposed to pick up the car but nobody showed up because they were all on lunch break. We called them twice and they said 10-15 minutes, but it took forever. Very disappointing."
