"Terrible experience! Here's what happened. 1. I just needed him to replace a water pump and the left axle on my 2nd vehicle - 1992 Honda Accord LX. We agreed on the price - about $600. 2. I told him if he did a good job that I would let him one-by-one repair any additional repairs that the car needed. 3. When I go there to pick-up the vehicle he tells me the bill is over $1,000. 4. So ask why and he tells me he needed to repair this and that and the other --- NONE OF WHICH he ran by me before fixing. 5. Instead the guy basically just padded the bill to get as much as he could out of me. 6. Then after I get there I asked to test drive the vehicle and he would not let me test drive the vehicle until I paid the full balance. 7. Then after I paid the bill and tried to drive the vehicle -- NO BRAKES! There was NOTHING WRONG with my brakes when I took it to him. It' made sense then why he didn't want me to test drive my car. 8. I had to take the car to the auto repair next to this guy's shop (VN Auto Repair). He fixed the brake issue within an hour. So there is no way in "H" I would recommend this shop - not even for an oil change. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- If I was affiliated to any other mechanic shop -- why would I have brought my car to you????? LOL"

"Had an A+++ experience with Varona Automotive. Manny was super professional and helpful when it came to diagnosing the issue with my vehicle and communicating the status of the repair. My repair took longer than expected due to the delivery delay with the part I needed, but they went above and beyond as they returned my vehicle cleaned on the inside and out, and even generously installed my tire trim (had the part in my car for months) without charging me! 10/10 recommend overall!"
